The website presents MEMORAUTO and allows people to request information, register drivers, apply for workshop and company access and, where applicable, use private functions for vehicle history, maintenance, documents, communications, fleet coordination and related administrative services.

MEMORAUTO provides technology for recording, connecting and tracing information. It does not repair vehicles, replace the assessment of a qualified professional or independently certify the material accuracy of data provided by users, workshops or companies.

Public pages are free to access. Some functions require registration, authorisation, professional activation or a current plan. An application or demo request does not imply automatic acceptance or a contract. The rules for private areas are set out in the Terms of use.

The brand, software, text, design, structure, logos, images and other website elements belong to MEMORAUTO or their lawful owners. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or exploited without permission, except where allowed by law.

Each user retains any rights they hold over content they provide and warrants that they may use it. Anyone who believes that content infringes rights or is unlawful may report it to memorauto@memorauto.com, identifying the content and grounds for the request.
